Yes, there are some key post-care instructions for you to follow. It’s important for you to keep these in mind after you receive treatment. Post-care helps you to maintain the results of your treatment and be mindful of side effects.

• Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days.
• When using ice packs, hold the ice pack to the treated areas gently for 3 to 5 minutes a few times a day.
• Avoid blood thinners alcohol, and NSAIDs for at least 2 days
• Take Arnica (orally or topically) according to package instructions.
• If bruising occurs, continue taking Arnica supplements, drink fresh pineapple juice, and/or take bromelain supplements to help bruising resolve faster.

Immediately following your treatment, you will begin to get a feel for how Sculptra will look. Over time, Sculptra will absorb into the tissue of the skin and replace lost collagen.
